Yes to Cucumbers Colour Protection Shampoo Review

Last month I've told you that I was trying for the first time the "Yes to Cucumbers" shampoo.
As I mentioned in the post about Macadamia Rejuvenating Shampoo Review, I am using only shampoos without sulfates because they do not damage your hair as the shampoos with sulfates do. So, after the Macadamia Rejuvenating Shampoo, I was looking for something that was going to give me more quantity and also at a really good price. Yes to cucumber was a match, as 500 ml of product for 6,70 Euro seemed like the real deal!
This shampoo promises that it will keep your hair nourished and your colour protected. It has cucumber extract and sunflower oil. It has a strong sense of cucumber, something that I really liked. It reminded me something like summer holidays with great food.
But what about the results? Honestly, I didn't like them and I really wanted to..You will need a huge amount of product to make foam in your hair and you'll have to wash them two or three times to really feel like they are clean. My freshly dyed hair washed out so quickly with that shampoo so I didn't really see anywhere the "colour protection" in this product. After washing my hair with Yes to Cucumbers and before applying the conditioner, my hair felt so unruly and well....hideous. I couldn't stand to touch it. Luckily, the conditioner did a great job and saved it.
Summarizing, I think that this shampoo is a huge DON'T. It will leave you with untamed and not-so-clean hair. It is a waste of time and money.

The Zoeva Contour Spectrum Palette is a beautiful and inexpensive palette. I have bought this palette for 17.10 Euro and I think that it is definitely value for money. First of all, the package is really beautiful and convenient. The package has 4 shades: A warm shade bronzer which is perfect for the summer days and nights. A golden highlighter which is very pigmented and beautiful. It is absolutely not the typical silver/white highlighter but it makes for sure the difference on the face. A banana shade powder which is ideal for setting the under-eye area or even the whole face. The Zoeva Contour Spectrum Palette is a great affordable choice that really competes the high-e

The Ordinary 100% Squalane Review

I have heard about The Ordinary company some really nice things, about how inexpensive their products are but also about the top quality of them, so I thought that I should give a try to a product of this company, the 100% Squalane oil. First of all, let me tell you some things about the squalane oil and its benefits. Squalane oil is plant-derived and it has some great benefits on the skin and also on the hair. Try it on dry elbows or knees to find out how different these areas are going to look after just a few hours. You can also use it as a base for your makeup and you'll have a flawless and glowy effect all day.  Let me tell you now about the specific Squalane oil from The Ordinary. I have bought it for 6,50 Euro and it has 30 ml in it which I think is a decent amount of product for these money. The package is really careful. The squala
